Gustavo Dudamel’s opening night concert with the Los Angeles Philharmonic will be broadcast on PBS’ Great Performances series Wednesday evening, October 21st, at 9:00 p.m.  Here in Portland, that will be KOPB.

dudamel in berlin

The Berlin Philharmonic offers a free video trailer of Dudamel’s concerts with the Berlin Philharmonic.  The video clip features a rehearsal segment from near the end of Prokofiev’s Fifth Symphony.  Worth watching – requires a broadband connection.  The entire concert will be available to stream (for a fee) in a few days.
