What a concert!  I was not familiar with the art of fado singing before this, but I am now a devoted fan of the incredible Mariza.  She had lots of Portuguese fans in attendance as well, judging by the Portuguese flags flying in the audience Saturday night!

    That was one of the best concerts I’ve ever attended. She is magnificent, has a stunning voice, gorgeous and graceful stage presence, the music is voluptuous and mesmerizing. I loved the orchestral accompaniment as well as the great chitarra and percussion musicians who were with her. Wow is right!
