This amazing dessert (a viola and two eggs) is made of tons of hazelnut mousse and puff pastry, with some delicious chocolate topping to complete the effect. It’s a viola-tastic (viola-tasty?) creation engineered (imagineered?) by Badbeard himself (with upcoming Badbeard action figures) Justin Kagan. What an amazing dessert from an amazing guy!!
