I&#8217;m just glad that we and our patrons were able to get out of the area safe and sound before anything crazy happened (though things did get pretty tense just after the halfway point of our concert, according to musicians that had been reduced from the concerto that peeked outside to see what was going on). And the protestors are fortunate that they didn&#8217;t face the wrath of our president, Elaine Calder, coming at them with a megaphone and pepper spray!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t been watching the local news, you might not know that the Occupy Portland protestors have decided to occupy the South Park Blocks &#8211; more specifically, the block right next to the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.
