Another article<\/a> from that lively online journal Crosscut<\/a>, this time about the new South Waterfront District and what’s happening in terms of new development in light of the slowing real estate market and how the area is faring as a neighborhood (and whether it deserves the designation just yet).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Portland’s South Waterfront<\/strong> neighborhood is the city’s child prodigy \u00e2\u20ac\u201d still in its infancy and already showing signs of impressive potential.
