{"id":420,"date":"2007-08-22T23:31:09","date_gmt":"2007-08-23T07:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nobleviola.com\/wordpress\/2007\/08\/22\/keep-on-truckin\/"},"modified":"2013-02-07T18:13:44","modified_gmt":"2013-02-08T02:13:44","slug":"keep-on-truckin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nobleviola.com\/wordpress\/2007\/08\/22\/keep-on-truckin\/","title":{"rendered":"keep on truckin&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s amazing what exercise can do for you.\u00c2\u00a0 After making my Most-depressing-post-ever\u00e2\u201e\u00a2, I decided to take the bike out and ride the crap out of it.\u00c2\u00a0 For me that means doing 11 miles at an average speed of 13.5 miles per hour, with a couple small hills but mostly flat terrain.\u00c2\u00a0 I feel much better now, and might actually get a good night&#8217;s sleep.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of addition thoughts about some news tidbits from the musical world.\u00c2\u00a0 About the Seattle Symphony&#8217;s Four Concertmaster thingamabob: well, my mother told me if I had nothing good to say, then say nothing at all.\u00c2\u00a0 When I first read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nobleviola.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/327934_sso17.html\">story<\/a> from the online version of the Seattle P.I., I stared at the computer screen for about 30 seconds with my mouth hanging open and small, high-pitched whimpering sounds coming out every few seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, are any of you planning on coming to one of our two outdoor parks concerts in the coming week?\u00c2\u00a0 They&#8217;re both free, so you really have no excuse not to come by!\u00c2\u00a0 The first is a Arbor Lodge Park on Saturday, August 25th at 7:00 p.m.\u00c2\u00a0 Get more info <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nobleviola.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/comm_neigh.aspx#arborlodge\">here<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Why not make an evening of it?
