I’ll be spending the early part of Valentine’s Day by taking part in the 2010 Worst Day of the Year Ride<\/a> here in Portland. It won’t be the worst weather of the week (thank goodness), but the event is timed to be close to the statistically worst weather day of the year here in Portland.\u00a0 Last year was a very warm and precipitation-free day, though it’s probably too much to hope that this year’s ride will be the same…<\/p>\n

UPDATE: Had a great ride with 3499 of my new friends – Portland truly is one of the greatest cities in the world, I’m so lucky to live here! Here’s the route I rode (including the commute to\/from the start\/finish line):<\/p>\n
