Here&#8217;s my favorite snarky comment from Allan Kozinn&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2007\/06\/02\/arts\/music\/02phil.html?ex=1338436800&amp;en=fe14453c3a0fde04&amp;ei=5088&amp;partner=rssnyt&amp;emc=rss\">review<\/a>:<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>What Mr. Maazel seems to mean by Brahms the Romantic is that Brahms is even more Romantic than anyone thought, assuming your definition of Romantic is bloated, full of tempo-stretching phrase manipulation, magnified dynamics and vulgar overstatement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At least it&#8217;s interesting.
