A short time ago I briefly wrote<\/a> about preparing for the upcoming Third Angle performances of Georg Friedrich Haas’ String Quartet No. 3 “In iij noct”. After having several rehearsals over the past two weeks, and really inhabiting the piece (though not in complete darkness just yet), I really cannot recommend this concert experience highly enough. If you do not yet have your tickets, please get them soon! I think it will be one of the most unique and affecting musical experiences of your life (and of mine as well). It’s going to be amazing, and it’s the perfect example of what a musical contribution to PICA’s T:B:A13 can and should be.<\/p>\n
