		<description>I saw a glimpse of Brian Quincey in there.....playing in the virtual venue that SecondStory did with us (Third Angle) several years ago. 
As for our chances for a hall, it takes the leader with vision to make it happen. Once that person steps forward, firms like Allied Works will line up for miles to make it real.</description>
