		<description>All I&#039;d say is, give him a while to grow on you - he&#039;s a bit flaily, but he still manages to show you just what he wants, and he&#039;s got a great, droll, dry sense of humor, and he&#039;s a terrific musician.  I&#039;m jealous - Nielson 4 with him should be a treat, and he and Fleischer should get along nicely in the Beethoven.  Man, Fleischer is just a god - I worked with him at Tanglewood and at Peabody in chamber music situations, and grew up with his Brahms/Beethoven recordings.  Good stuff...</description>
